The Maiden Film Project.

"The Maiden" is a poem written by Australian poet Amanda Lancaster.

When I first read the poem I found myself visualising the story, blocking scenes, and thinking that I could turn this into a short film.

After considering for a while I contacted Amanda, who agreed with the proposal, and that is why we are here.

After nearly a year of pre-production we are finally ready to start the cameras rolling.
